Service Description

Breathwave is a gentle, ceremonial practice of Conscious Connected Breathing. A way to balance our lives by cultivating inner intelligence, relaxing our nervous system and awakening our potential. The technique is very natural. Laying down comfortably we allow the respiratory system to naturally open and relax without pausing, controlling or forcing the breath. This cyclical breath pattern is direct access to receive the fresh nourishment of source energy and organize the electrical communication between the heart and the brain and the rest of the body. Gradually areas of your breath that have been shut down begin to open as vital oxygen begin to restore the body/mind back to harmony. The first step is to open the respiratory system. Most people only get 20 - 30% of the potential of our breath due to restricted breathing patterns. Gradually feeling areas that have not been felt we naturally begin to clear and we become lighter. When the breath is connected and flowing freely the important key is to observe any areas in the body that we might be tightening or controlling unconsciously and train ourselves to relax these areas through both the inhale and exhale.
